CANTONAL MINING AND GEOLOGICAL INSPECTOR
Job description
Performs inspection supervision over the implementation of laws in the field of mining and geology and other regulations adopted on the basis of these laws; undertakes administrative and other measures within the framework of the powers granted by law; undertakes appropriate preventive and repressive measures; issues first-instance decisions within its jurisdiction; resolves in the second instance when so provided by law; provides professional assistance and gives professional instructions to lower levels of inspection when so provided by law; participates in the development of regulations within the jurisdiction of the Ministry; performs other tasks in accordance with the law.
CANTONAL ELECTRICITY INSPECTOR
Job description

CANTONAL TRADE INSPECTOR
Job Description
Performs inspection supervision in the application of legal regulations and other general acts in the field of crafts and entrepreneurship; undertakes measures and activities to prevent violations of regulations; performs direct inspection supervision in craft facilities; undertakes prescribed repressive and preventive measures; adopts first-instance decisions and takes measures to ensure the implementation of these decisions; controls the keeping of prescribed records in crafts and entrepreneurship; supervises the application of regulations related to the protection of industrial production, signs, stamps and manufacturer's marks in circulation; supervises the application of regulations on minimum technical and other conditions for performing craft activities; supervises the application of regulations in the field of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, supervises the implementation of incentives; prepares reports on the situation in its area; cooperates with municipal inspections in accordance with the law; participates in the development of regulations within the competence of the Ministry; performs other tasks in accordance with the law and other regulations.
