Assistant Minister for Industry, Energy and Mining:

The Assistant Minister of the Energy, Industry and Mining Sector directly manages the Sector and in this regard organizes the performance of all tasks within the competence of the Sector, assigns tasks to civil servants and employees and gives them instructions on the manner of performing tasks, ensures timely, lawful and proper performance of all tasks within the competence of the Sector, regularly informs the head of the civil service body about the situation and problems related to the performance of tasks within the competence of the organizational unit, proposes taking necessary measures, performs the most complex tasks within the competence of the organizational unit, performs tasks on the order of the head of the civil service body and decides on issues for which he is authorized by a special decision of the head of the civil service body.
